The 23rd annual Walk for the Health of It on Saturday, May 11, 2013 is fun for everyone! This non-competitive, family-friendly event features a 5K Walk, 5K Run, 5K Poker Walk, 1 Mile Walk & Roll (strollers and wheelchairs welcome), a 1 Mile Fun Run for kids and a complimentary Health Faire.

Schedule - Saturday, May 11, 2013
7:30am - Day-of Registration begins
8:30am - 1 Mile Fun Run begins
8:45am - Pre-event warm up by Jazzercise of Lodi begins
9:00am - 5K Run, 5K Walk, 5K Poker Walk, 1 Mile Walk & Roll begin
Location - All activities begin and end at the Lodi Memorial Hospital parking lot at 975 S. Fairmont Ave, Lodi (at York Street).
T-shirts - The first 1,500 pre-registered (by May 1) participants will receive a Walk for the Health of It event t-shirt! In addition, each finisher receives a special commemorative participation gift! Want an event t-shirt but can’t participate? On the registration form simply check the box for t-shirt only.
Health Faire - All events will conclude at the Hospital parking lot where participants can enjoy entertainment, complimentary health screenings by the Lodi Memorial Hospital, health related vendors and even a post walk/run massage!

Fees - please understand that participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
$15 pre-registration for individuals (includes one t-shirt)
$30 pre-registration for families (includes three t-shirts, three completed registration forms must be submitted together)
